If your child is age 9 to 15, and craves extreme outdoor adventures, Peninsula's Beyond the Limits summer day camp is sure to please. The camp features high and low ropes course activities, rock climbing, rappelling, caving, hiking, lake and/or river canoeing, mountain biking and more. Before registering, participants should note that the activities offered can be very physically demanding in nature. Campers meet at the Beyond the Limits office at 6800 Baum Drive Knoxville, then are transported to other locations for the activities. Drop off is at 8 a.m.; pick up is at 5 p.m. Registration is now open. Each camp is limited to 12 campers. The cost is $175 per week.
